The Chief Shared Services Officer will oversee and coordinate activities related to the development, implementation, and review of RITCO's strategic plans in alignment with its mission and vision. This role involves managing administrative functions, including Human Resources, Procurement, and organizational processes to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the position requires leading the development of operational procedures, supporting business planning initiatives, supervising staff appraisals, and motivating teams to meet organizational goals.
