Tender for Supply of Yutong Spare Parts

Tender documents in English can be obtained from RITCO's procurement office upon proof of payment to Account No. 100021939018 (Bank of Kigali) under RITCO Ltd Allowances. Documents are available during working hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Enquiries should be addressed to RITCO Headquarters, Office of the CEO, no later than 7 days before the submission deadline. Submit properly bound and printed bids in 4 copies (1 original) to the RITCO procurement office no later than February 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM. All bids must include a bid security issued by a recognized bank or insurance company in Rwanda. Late bids will not be accepted. Note: Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives on February 14, 2025, at 10:30 AM, in the RITCO boardroom. The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
